IMPORTANT: For reasons of driving dynamics, the rubber mounts may only
be replaced in
pairs (refers to left and right control arms)!

Remove design cover, if equipped.
Unfasten acoustic cover screws. Raise acoustic cover and remove towards front.
Remove electronics box cover.
Remove electronics box seal.
These work steps are described in REPLACING CONTROL UNIT.
Remove ignition coil cover.
Remove intake
Battery Vapor Separator
REPLACING BATTERY NEGATIVE LEAD
WARNING: Observe safety instructions for handling vehicle battery.
Follow instructions for disconnecting and connecting battery.
IMPORTANT: Do not under any circumstances use force to pull/lever off
Intelligent Battery
Sensor (IBS).
